STACKED
SOCIAL™
Restaurant Guide
Real Life Exists. You're Not Restarting Monday.
"You stay STACKED — even outside the house. Old excuses don't live here anymore."
The Truth
Your Social Life Is
Not The Enemy.
Every diet you've ever tried failed the moment real life showed up. Birthday dinner. Work happy hour. Date night. Family cookout. You went, you "messed up," and suddenly the whole week was gone.
That's not a willpower problem. That's a strategy problem. You never had a plan for eating out. Now you do. STACKED SOCIAL isn't about being the person who orders a dry salad while everyone else eats. It's about knowing exactly what to order so you stay on track and still live your life.
You Don't Restart Monday
Because You Ate Out Friday.
One meal does not undo a week of work. But telling yourself "I already messed up, might as well…" does. The comeback is faster than the fall — if you don't let one meal become a week.
Excuse Demolition
Three Excuses.
Three Solutions.
Old Excuse
"I Ate Out"
✅ The Fix
You Choose The Protein. You Control The Sides.
At any restaurant, you can always order a grilled protein — grilled chicken, grilled salmon, shrimp, steak. Ask for steamed or grilled vegetables instead of fries. Ask for sauces on the side. You're not ordering off a special menu — you're just making decisions before the bread basket hits the table.
Old Excuse
"I Drank"
✅ The Fix
Choose Clear. Set A Number. Drink Your Water.
Alcohol is a reality. Here's how to drink without derailing: Choose clear liquors (vodka, tequila, gin) with sparkling water or soda water. Skip the sugary mixers — that's where the real damage is. Set a 2-drink limit before you go. Drink a full glass of water between every drink. Eat your protein before you start — never drink on an empty stomach.
Old Excuse
"I Was Social"
✅ The Fix
Eat Before. Control What You Can. Enjoy The Rest.
Social events are not eating competitions. Eat a protein-heavy meal or snack before you go — you'll be less hungry and make better choices when you're there. At the event, fill your plate with protein and vegetables first. Then have a small amount of whatever else you want. No guilt. You planned for it. That's STACKED.

The Rules
5 Rules For
Staying STACKED Outside.
1
Eat Before You Go
A protein-heavy snack before any social event changes every decision you make there. You're not hunting — you're just social. Greek yogurt, protein shake, handful of almonds. 15 minutes before you leave. Game changer.
2
Protein First, Always
Before you touch anything else on the table or buffet, find the protein. Chicken. Shrimp. Salmon. Steak. Fill half your plate with that first. Then add vegetables. Then, if you want, a small amount of everything else.
3
Water Between Everything
One glass of water between every drink. One glass of water between every plate. This slows everything down. You eat less. You drink less. You feel better the next day. It's the simplest rule with the biggest return.
4
One Plate Rule
At buffets, cookouts, and family dinners: one plate. Fill it right the first time — protein, vegetables, a little of what you actually want. Then you're done. Going back for seconds is where the damage really happens.
5
Don't Restart Monday — Get Back Up Tomorrow
If you had a night where you went off plan — the next meal is the restart. Not Monday. Not next week. The very next meal. One bad dinner doesn't become a bad week unless you decide it does. You decide. So decide right.
Coach Styles says: The goal is never perfection. The goal is not letting one meal become an excuse to quit. You're not on a diet. You're building a lifestyle. Lifestyles include restaurants, drinks, and birthday cake. They just include strategy too.
