STACKED UP
Grocery Guide™

Fix Your Cart. Fix Your Body. Fix Your Life.

"If it's not in your cart, it can't end up in your mouth. You don't rise to your goals — you fall to your environment. So fix your environment."

The Foundation

Your Kitchen Is
Either Your Coach Or Your Enemy.

Every decision you make in the grocery store is a decision you've already made for yourself at 7pm when you're tired, hungry, and low on willpower. Good nutrition is not about the moment of weakness — it's about what you have available when that moment hits.

This guide isn't a strict diet. It's a shopping framework. Stock your kitchen with these items and eating right stops being a battle of willpower and starts being just what you do.

⚡ The STACKED Rule — Non-Negotiable
"If it's not in your cart,
it can't end up in your mouth."

Leave This In The Store

The Leave It List.

These aren't forever banned. But during your 90 days, these stay at the store. If they're not in your house, they can't derail you at 10pm.

🥤
Sugary Drinks
Soda, juice, sweet tea. Liquid calories that don't fill you up and spike your insulin all day.
🍪
Processed Snacks
Chips, cookies, crackers. Engineered to make you keep eating. There's no finish line with these.
🍞
White Bread & Pasta
No fiber. No nutrients. Spikes blood sugar, crashes energy, and makes you hungry an hour later.
🍦
Ice Cream & Sweets
Save these for planned treat days — not in the house as a daily option. Out of sight, out of mouth.
🧂
High-Sodium Processed Foods
Bloat. Water retention. That number on the scale goes up and you think you failed. You didn't — you're just waterlogged.
🛒
Anything With A Mascot
If a cartoon character is selling it to you, it's not food — it's a product. Real food doesn't need a marketing budget.

The Shopping Rules

5 Rules For
Stacking Your Cart.

1
Never Shop Hungry
Hungry you and disciplined you are two different people. Eat before you go. Hungry you will buy the cookies, the chips, the family-sized bag of whatever is on sale at eye level. Fed you buys what's on the list.
2
Shop The Perimeter First
The outside edge of every grocery store is where the real food lives — produce, meat, dairy, eggs. The middle aisles are where the processed food hides. Fill your cart from the outside first, then only go to specific middle aisles with a plan.
3
Go With A List. Stick To The List.
No list = no boundaries. Make the list Sunday night based on what you're eating that week. Every item you buy that wasn't on the list is a negotiation you're having with yourself in a place designed to make you spend money and eat more.
4
Prep When You Get Home
Don't put the bags away and walk out. Spend 20 minutes right then washing fruit, boiling eggs, portioning nuts, and prepping whatever can be prepped. The effort you put in now eliminates 10 bad decisions this week.
5
Buy Double What You Think You Need
Running out of chicken at Wednesday lunch is how you end up at McDonald's. Overstock the good stuff. Protein, produce, healthy snacks. You can't overstock broccoli. Buy more than you think you'll eat — your future self will thank you.

Meal Timing

When You Eat
Matters Too.

🌅 Morning
7–9 AM
Meal 1 — Build It
Protein + smart carb. Oats and eggs. Protein shake and fruit. Greek yogurt and berries. Something that holds you 3–4 hours.
☀️ Midday
12–1 PM
Meal 2 — Fuel It
Protein + vegetables + smart carb. This is your biggest meal. Rice, chicken, broccoli. The classic works because it works.
🌙 Evening
6–7 PM
Meal 3 — Finish Strong
Protein + vegetables, lighter carbs. Salmon and asparagus. Ground turkey and cauliflower rice. Keep it lighter as the day ends.

Coach Styles Rule: You don't have to eat perfect. You have to eat prepared. The difference between a good week and a bad week is almost always whether you went to the grocery store Sunday. Shop right, prep right, eat right. That's the whole game.
